Randstad is seeking an experienced Site Manager for the Meridian Water development project x200B;/London. This role requires a highly organized and detail:oriented individual with proven experience managing large:scale construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across all site teams, while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets.
x200B;Responsibilities
The Site Manager will be responsible for:
* Ensuring safety compliance, quality, and productivity are being achieved by the site teams.
* Ensuring works are constructed in line with approved designs and specifications; tracking programme changes, raising Technical Queries and Early Warnings; attending design and client (progress and commercial) meetings.
* Working with the Commercial team to update cost forecasts and assist with Compensation Events.
* Ensuring timely material ordering and collaborating with Quantity Surveyors.
* Ensuring accurate and high:quality record:keeping.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on large:scale construction projects.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using project management software.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

* Recognized Civil Engineering Qualification
* CSCS
* SMSTS
* Working experience of NEC contracts
* Highways experience
