Our client in the Uxbridge area is seeking a HR Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.
The role will be to provide support to the HR Advisor with various duties.
* To provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on the effective implement HR policies.
* To ensure that the business employs the right balance of staff in terms of skill and experience.
* Assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
* Ensure payroll changes are correctly completed and within the relevant monthly deadlines.
* Support the recruiting of staff; developing job descriptions, personspecifications;preparing job adverts;checking application forms;shortlisting;interviewing and selecting candidates.
* Maintain staff database including the recording of sickness absence, annual leave and special leave.
You will need to have experience working within a HR role.
You will need an enhanced DBS due to the industry you'll be working in.
