Key Responsibilities
* Achieve annual berth sales targets and drive revenue across berthing, storage, and boatyard services
* Proactively win new business, including competitor conversions
* Manage and track the sales pipeline via CRM
* Deliver against set KPIs
* Work closely with Marina Managers and Operations teams
* Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor analysis
* Support marketing activity using customer and NPS insights
* Ensure compliance with company policies, H&S, and sales processes
About You
* Proven experience in sales / business development / account management
* Strong track record of hitting targets and converting leads
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Confident using CRM systems and managing pipelines
* Organised, proactive, and commercially driven
* Marine or leisure sector experience is a plus
