Job Description
An international group who are experts in the production of test & measurement equipment are looking to recruit a Technical Sales person to join their increasing UK workforce. The role will see you sell their complete range of test & measurement equipment. Experience in the test & measurement industry would be advantageous.
Commutable from: Surrey and surrounding area
Salary: Up to 35,000 p.a. + Company Car + Bonus + Benefits
The Role
The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for;
Sales planning, business development and sales target achievement at a national level
Key account management directly responsible for the achievement of sales/business development activities
Key relationship management for national distributors
Market feedback on product/pricing/promotion/competition
Identification of sales and business development opportunities that directly support achievement of UK sales growth, including bids and proposals and support for complex projects
Identify and develop market sector specific partners and propositions to promote product offerings
Support marketing initiatives in direct relation to generating sales, including participation in events and trade shows, channel and end user marketing campaigns
The Person
Experience in a customer facing external sales role
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (desirable)
Knowledge of electrical test/measurement products would be advantageous
Desirable knowledge of electrical trade / wholesale industry
Ability to understand electrical / technical products and specifications
