Job Description
As the HR Officer you will be responsible for:
* Managing all of the recruitment for the site including screening applications, conducting interviews, sending out contracts of employment and onboarding new starters
* Keeping the HR system up to date with employee data and information such as employee absence management
* Support senior staff with complex HR cases
* Assist with payroll
* Provide HR support to all staff as required
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the role you will:
* Ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards this
* Have a background with a HR Generalist role so can support within all areas
* Ideally have used the HR system iTrent previously
* Be available to work in the office full time so that there is always a HR presence
* Be able to drive so that you can support across sites in Southampton and Eastleigh
