What Does the Role Entail?
* Deliver all new product launches for the VWG brand
* Act as the main point of escalation for service issues and problem-solving, communicating with the brand at all times
* Train and develop a team of Press Specialists and Administrators
* Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure high levels of customer service during the booking process
* Provide consultation and proactive fleet management, adopting best practices and striving for continuous improvement and innovation
* Manage accounts with clear and effective communication with customers
* Coordinate operational meetings to discuss departmental priorities and objectives
* Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings, set targets, and work on career development plans
* Maintain stakeholder relationships with workshop, body shop, logistics, valeting, and other key departments
What Do We Need From You?

* Previous management experience (Account Management, Customer Service Management, Team Management)
* Automotive sector experience or knowledge (desirable but not essential)
* Experience managing teams and stakeholder/customer expectations
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Experience managing end-to-end processes
* Commercial and financial awareness
* Ability to implement best practices and processes
* Keen eye for detail
