The Opportun
ity
As a Residential Site Manager, you will take ownership of site operations from mobilisation through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and in line with quality expectati
ons.Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants and clients, you will lead site teams, coordinate daily activities and create a positive, productive and professional site environm
ent.

Key Responsibi
* lities Manage residential construction projects from site setup through to completion and ha
* ndover.Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, subcontractors and direct
* labour.Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme requir
* ements.Maintain exceptional standards of quality throughout all stages of constr
* uction.Manage site logistics, labour allocation, plant and mat
* erials.Monitor progress against programme and proactively address delays or chal
* lenges.Conduct site inspections and quality assurance
* checks.Oversee snagging and defect management pro
* cesses.Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations and company sta
* ndards.Maintain site records, reports and project documen
* tation.Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with stakeh
* olders.Promote a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture across all pr
* ojects.Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and site perfo
rmance.
