Required Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A good working knowledge of HR at Administrative/Coordinator level
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
* Familiarity with basic HR policies and procedures
* Attention to detail and error checking skills
* Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards
* Previous experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
* Prior experience in HR administration or office support roles is advantageous
* Relevant certifications such as CIPD min level 3
Other Requirements:
* Ability to commit to the duration of the temporary assignment
* May require some flexibility to accommodate urgent HR needs
