Employment Associate (4–6 PQE)
Interim FTC | London / Bristol
SSQ is working on an opportunity for an immediately available 4–6 PQE Employment lawyer to join a highly regarded employment team on an interim basis (FTC length TBC).
This is a chance to step into a well-established and busy team, working on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a high-quality, international client base.
The Team
* Full-service offering across advisory, litigation and transactional support
* Access to international work and cross-border projects
The Role
You will work across a broad range of employment matters, including:
* Contentious and non-contentious work.
* Day-to-day advisory work
* Restructuring/redundancy
* Restrictive covenants/reputational risk
There is also scope to work on more complex, multi-jurisdictional matters and collaborate with specialist teams (e.g. incentives, pensions, immigration, data privacy).

The team advises a range of high-profile, international clients across sectors including:
* Financial services
* Technology & telecoms
* Retail & consumer
* Media & advertising
What They’re Looking For
* England & Wales qualified lawyer
* Broad employment law experience (contentious and non-contentious)
* Experience gained in a recognised employment team (private practice or in-house)
* Ability to manage matters with a degree of autonomy
