Job Description Graduate Learning Mentor – Hounslow – September 2025 Start Location: Hounslow, West London Contract: September 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only) Pay: £444.00 per week (PAYE) Interviews: ASAP Are you a graduate looking to work as a Graduate Learning Mentor in a supportive secondary school? A secondary school in Hounslow is offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate to join as a Graduate Learning Mentor from September. This Graduate Learning Mentor role will give you the chance to work directly with students who need additional support to succeed academically and socially. As a Graduate Learning Mentor, you will be part of a dedicated inclusion team, helping pupils in lessons, leading small intervention groups, and offering one-to-one guidance. The Graduate Learning Mentor role is ideal for graduates who want to move into teaching, psychology, or youth work. Key responsibilities: Providing in-class support across a range of subjects Running targeted small group sessions for pupils who are behind Supporting pupils with SEND or SEMH needs Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and resources Helping to improve attendance, progress, and behaviour We’re looking for: A UK degree at 2:1 or above Strong communication and organisational skills A real interest in supporting young people Commitment to the full school year Please note: This role is only open to applicants with a UK undergraduate degree.
