Essential Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have: CIPD Level 7 qualification Proven senior HR leadership experience, ideally within care, education, or a similarly complex, multi-site environment Strong employee relations expertise, with experience managing complex ER cases and building manager capability A demonstrable track record in Employee Engagement and ED&I strategy delivery In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and experience ensuring legal compliance across a diverse workforce Strong data and MI capability, with experience using HR metrics and dashboards to drive decision-making Experience shaping and embedding organizational culture aligned to core values Excellent communication and influencing skills at senior leadership level Desirable: Experience leading cultural transformation and change initiatives Experience designing and delivering leadership development and manager upskilling programmes About the Role As Head of People at Horizon Care & Education, you will lead the delivery of a high-quality, values-led HR Business Partnering service across the organization. Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, you will play a pivotal role in driving a positive, transparent and safe culture aligned with our values of compassion, integrity, respect and excellence.
