As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will:
* Design and build engaging, scalable frontend applications
* Work as part of a focused product team delivering new digital solutions
* Contribute to the evolution of frontend architecture and engineering standards
* Support and mentor other team members, sharing knowledge and promoting best practice
* Collaborate in an Agile environment with stakeholders across multiple teams
* Help deliver high-quality software through strong DevOps and CI/CD practices
⚙️ Key skills and experience
* Proven background in frontend engineering, with 5+ years of relevant experience with React
* Solid HTML and CSS skills
* Experience with component-based architecture
* Good understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and version control
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments
💪🏼 Additional experience of interest
* Broader software engineering experience, including backend exposure
* Understanding of networking concepts such as subnets, firewalls, load balancing, and VPNs
* Knowledge of security and identity management
* Experience with monitoring and logging tools
* Strong problem-solving and debugging capability
* 12-month contract
* Inside IR35
* Senior rate: up to £608.86 per day (7.5 hours per day)
* Hybrid working: 4 days per week onsite in Essex
* Likely extension potential via year-end renewals
