This role is central to our business, you’ll be responsible for attracting, engaging and onboarding high-quality Care Professionals, while delivering a positive, supportive candidate experience from first contact through to start date. What you’ll be doing Managing the end-to-end recruitment journey for Care Professionals Proactively sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, referrals and community networks Creating and running creative recruitment campaigns (online & local) Supporting interviews, screening, references, DBS and Right to Work checks Maintaining accurate recruitment records using SmartRecruiters (ATS) Attending and organising local recruitment events, fairs and community outreach Using recruitment data to monitor pipeline health and improve outcomes Supporting and promoting our Employee Referral Scheme Ensuring all recruitment activity meets Home Instead standards and compliance requirements
