Salary - £25,400 Plus Uncapped Bonus, Plus Company Car or Car Allowance
Responsibilities
* Proactively engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.
* Conduct thorough product demonstrations and test drives to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
* Negotiate pricing and financing options to meet customer budgetary requirements.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
* Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and generate positive referrals.
Requirements
* Prior experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the automotive industry.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
* Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals.
* Passion for luxury vehicles and a good understanding of the automotive market.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
