Construction Recruitment Specialists Kingston Barnes Ltd are currently recruiting for Construction Site Manager in Swindon (SN5).
Overview
* Positions Available: 1
* Start Date: Monday 15th December
* Project: Commercial Dilapidation work to Warehouse Units
* Pay Rate: £260.00 per day
* Contract Length: 6 weeks
* Hours: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of health & safety on site, including site inductions.
* Oversee all sub‑contractors and report back to Project and Contract Managers.
* Ensure compliance with site inductions, SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS requirements.
Qualifications
* Valid SMSTS certificate.
* First Aid at Work.
* CSCS Card.
* Experience managing dilapidation work on warehouse units.
