We are recruiting for an HR Officer on a temporary basis for a leading trailer manufacturer across England, NI, and ROI. The successful candidate will join a busy team to deliver high-standard HR practices. This role is based in Toomebridge, with occasional travel to different sites.

The Role:
* Recruitment & Onboarding: managing recruitment and onboarding processes for vacancies.
* HR Operations & Compliance: providing HR support and advice across NI & ROI, maintaining employee records.
* Employee Development & Performance: supporting line managers with probation reviews, training schedules, and materials.
* Employee Engagement & Relations: advising on HR and employment law, organizing social and engagement activities, supporting disciplinary and grievance procedures, and monitoring absenteeism.
The Person:
* Minimum 2 years’ HR experience
* CIPD qualification or HR-related degree (desirable)
* Experience managing employee records
* Experience supporting disciplinary and grievance processes
* Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
