Site Manager - Construction

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Package

Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations across a range of construction projects.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient project delivery.
* Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
* Monitor project progress and ensure work is delivered in line with the construction programme.
* Maintain high standards of quality throughout all stages of the build.
* Carry out site inspections and ensure works meet required specifications.
* Chair site meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Requirements
* Proven experience working as a Site Manager within the construction industry.
* Experience delivering residential and/or general building projects.
* Strong understanding of construction processes and site management.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Strong commitment to quality, safety, and project delivery.
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications are typically required.
