Our customer, a leading UK manufacturer of bespoke, fully certified construction products, is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join their growing team.
What You'll Do As HR Manager
* Lead HR initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
* Partner with leadership to drive talent development and succession planning.
* Manage employee relations, including working with union representatives.
* Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies.
* Own and improve HR processes and policies.
* Support leave management and respond to employee queries.
* Provide HR data and KPI reporting to support business decisions.
What They're Looking For
* 5+ years' HR experience in manufacturing, engineering, or similar sectors.
* CIPD Level 3 or above (Level 5 preferred).
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance.
* Experience working with a unionised workforce is essential.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
