MS582 - Human Resources Manager Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum Location: Wantage Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager on behalf of one of our clients. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration. Full-time working from 0830 to 1730 Monday to Friday, with a daily hour unpaid break period, totalling 40 hours per week. Duties and Responsibilities: Assistance with first line HR advice to managers on employee relations and HR guidance to employees, either face-to-face, by telephone or through the HR dedicated email inbox. Delivery of first-class customer service to all stakeholders, building trust and sound relationships both in the business and within HR. Processing employee administration including employee contracts, changes to employee’s terms and conditions of employment etc. Assistance with maintenance of HR records and preparation of reports and management information from HR data for further analysis.
