VANRATH is pleased to be working alongside a well-established manufacturing organisation in Belfast to recruit an HR Administrator for a 3-month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their HR experience within a fast-paced, supportive team environment. Whether you're early in your HR career or looking to return to the workforce, this role offers a great chance to get hands-on experience in a respected company. About the Role Reporting directly to the HR team, the HR Administrator will provide key administrative support across a range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and general HR processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing candidate correspondence. Support new starter onboarding and induction processes. Maintain accurate HR records and update employee information on internal systems. Produce HR reports and help ensure data is compliant with internal procedures and legislation. Prepare contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation. Provide general admin support to the wider HR team, including support on wellbeing, engagement, and community initiatives. What We're Looking For Essential: Previous experience in an administrative role (HR experience is a strong advantage). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
