Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hull for a New Business Developer. The role includes identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing and managing relationships with prospective clients, and collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions. Additional responsibilities include creating sales strategies, conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will contribute to the company's growth through business development and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in New Business Development and Business Development strategies
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Sales and customer relationship management
Solid understanding of Business operations and market dynamics
Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Previous experience in the industrial gas sector or related industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred
