An established organisation is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Administrator to join their HR team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. This role will support the day‑to‑day delivery of HR services, ensuring a smooth, professional and people‑focused employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Acting as a first point of contact for employee HR queries, providing timely and professional support
* Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity at all times
* Preparing HR documentation including contracts, letters and reports
* Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and best practice
* Assisting with HR meetings, including coordination and preparation of relevant paperwork
* Supporting absence management, employee relations processes and general HR administration
* Contributing to wider HR projects and initiatives as required
About You
* Previous experience in an HR administration or HR support role is desirable
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload
* Confident handling sensitive and confidential information
* Clear and professional communicator, able to build effective working relationships
* Proactive, reliable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
