Job Description:
We are seeking a Plant and Labour Co-Ordinator to assist the Senior Plant and Labour Co-Ordinator. The role involves working semi-independently to ensure site teams are provided with resources, including raising orders for plant, equipment, and labour, maintaining records, arranging on-site movements, and off-hiring resources when no longer needed.

Key activities and responsibilities:
* Coordinating plant hire, repairs, servicing, and ordering of consumables across multiple sites.
* Scheduling and booking mobile plant and material deliveries.
* Liaising with departments regarding plant issues and operational needs.
* Handling Goods Receipt Notifications and maintaining records.
* Creating Purchase Orders using Sage X3.
* Managing site safety inductions, medicals, and training bookings.
* Maintaining plant and labour records.
* Issuing PPE and consumables.
* Arranging OEM fitters for breakdowns and servicing.
* Ordering spares, fuel, oils, lubes, Ad-blue, and water.
* Coordinating invoicing queries with accounts.
* Monitoring plant hours via OEM data systems.
* Updating records on Microsoft Teams.
* Proficient use of Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, with the ability to handle large data sets in Excel.
* Handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Communicating effectively verbally and via email.
* Dealing with site-based and management personnel at all levels.
* Applying systematic and logical approaches to operational issues, prioritising workload, and delegating when necessary.
* Experience with plant hire and transport companies.
* Basic knowledge of construction plant and machinery.
