SF Recruitment are working exclusively for a leading organisation in the manufacturing and engineering sector. My client is seeking a capable HR Manager to take full ownership of its UK HR function. This standalone role offers the opportunity to lead and operate hands-on across all areas of HR.
This opportunity requires someone to start before the end of July 2025.

Hours: 40 hours per week - However part time applications will also be considered.
Salary: GBP55,000 per annum (pro rata if part time)
Key Responsibilities
- Align HR strategy with business goals and support leadership.
- Manage all HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, and exits.
- Ensure legal compliance and maintain up-to-date HR policies.
- Drive employee engagement, learning, and development initiatives.
- Implement training plans
- Succession planning
About You
- CIPD Level 5 (minimum) or equivalent.
- Proven HR generalist experience in a standalone role, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law.
- Strong communicator, self-motivated, and pragmatic.
