About the role
As an entry level Sales Executive at RX Global, you play a pivotal role in driving business growth and building meaningful relationships with our customers. Your mission is to deeply understand their unique needs and challenges, and to deliver tailored solutions that provide exceptional value. Through a value-based selling approach, you help customers achieve their business objectives by leveraging our world-class events and market-leading digital tools. By sharing your expertise and insights, you become a trusted advisor—bringing RX closer to the customer’s decision-making process.
Responsibilities
1. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders, selling exhibition space, digital, sponsorship, and branding opportunities across the WTM Portfolio.
2. Proactively identify and engage new exhibitors and sponsors through industry events, networks, and outreach.
3. Act as a trusted advisor, using data and insights to help clients achieve their goals and increase their investment.
4. Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
5. Lead and coordinate CRM initiatives across multiple events to support sales and engagement.
6. Ensure all client interactions and sales activities are logged in Salesforce, maintaining a reliable pipeline and reporting.
7. Embrace continuous learning, seek feedback, and explore innovative approaches to improve performance.
8. Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and represent RX Global confidently at industry events.
Requirements
9. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and embrace a growth mindset
10. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment
11. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and creatively
12. Organised and self-motivated, with effective time management and prioritisation skills
13. Collaborative and emotionally intelligent, with a focus on building positive relationships
14. Experience applying value-based selling techniques to progress opportunities
15. Background in exhibitions, media, or the travel industry is a plus
16. Fluency in Spanish is an advantage, but not required
