Elevation HR are working with a dynamic manufacturing business who are looking for an HR Manager who can turn business goals into practical, people‑focused action. In this standalone role you will be someone who can balance strategy with hands‑on delivery, build trust across the business, and help shape a workplace where people can thrive and deliver real results.

* Use data and KPIs to read the story behind the numbers, spot what’s working (and what’s not), and steer smarter decisions.
