About the Role
As a Senior Internal Recruiter, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business areas. You’ll partner closely with leadership, shape hiring strategy, and ensure we continue attracting top-tier talent.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
* Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates
* Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer
* Use data and insights to optimise hiring processes
* Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition (agency background a plus)
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Experience with sourcing tools and modern recruitment methods
