This is a hands-on role with responsibility for proactively sourcing, attracting, and selecting high-quality Care Professionals, alongside similar value driven Key players, building a strong and sustainable recruitment pipeline, and delivering a responsive, compliant, and engaging end-to-end candidate experience.</p><p>The role plays a critical part in supporting organisational growth by ensuring recruitment targets are met while maintaining full compliance with legislation, regulatory requirements, and Franchise Standards.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Manage all aspects of end-to-end recruitment activity, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, regulators, and Franchise Standards</li><li>Proactively source candidates using a wide range of attraction methods, including digital platforms, social media, referrals, and community-based activity</li><li>Develop and deliver creative recruitment campaigns online and within the local community to attract high-quality Care Professionals</li><li>Build and maintain a strong local talent pipeline aligned to business growth and workforce demand</li><li>Manage the full candidate journey, ensuring a positive, engaging, and values-led recruitment experience</li><li>Develop and maintain engaging social media recruitment content and campaigns to promote opportunities and employer brand</li><li>Build and Maintain networking connections out in the community</li><li>Research, plan, and attend community events, recruitment fairs, exhibitions, and local networking opportunities</li><li>Support candidate screening, interviewing, and selection activities in line with safe recruitment practices</li><li>Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed accurately and in full prior to employment commencement</li><li>Maintain accurate recruitment records and data using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)</li><li>Monitor recruitment performance and utilise data and insights to inform and improve recruitment strategies</li><li>Implement, manage, and promote the Employee Referral Scheme</li><li>Work collaboratively with internal teams to support workforce planning and operational needs</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><b>About You</b></p><ul><li>Proven experience delivering a responsive end-to-end recruitment service</li><li>Experience of recruitment marketing, including planning and delivering recruitment campaigns</li><li>Strong understanding of recruitment legislation, compliance, and safe recruitment requirements (including Right to Work, DBS, and referencing)</li><li>Experience using social media and digital platforms for recruitment purposes</li><li>Confident, self-motivated relationship builder with the ability to engage candidates and community stakeholders</li><li>Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities effectively</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience using ATS systems and recruitment data to inform decision-making</li><li>Resilient, results-driven, and able to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team</li><li>Flexible approach to working hours to meet business and recruitment demands</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><b>Why Join Us?</b></p><ul><li>Purpose-led organisation making a genuine difference in the local community</li><li>Supportive, values-driven working environment focused on fairness, honesty, and wellbeing</li><li>Opportunity to shape and lead local recruitment strategy and employer brand</li><li>Ongoing professional development and support</li></ul><p><b>Ready to Make a Difference?</b></p><p>If you’re ready to bring your passion, recruitment expertise, and people-focused approach to this rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you.</p><p>Click to apply or call our Recruiter <b>Ashley</b> on 01952 581112 for an informal chat.</p><p>Please note that this role is UK-based, and the right to work in the UK must be confirmed as part of the recruitment process.<br/><b>We do not currently hold a Sponsorship licence.</b></p></div>
