The company are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for an 18 month project just outside Derry/Londonderry, ideally the candidate will have a good house building background and a keen eye for detail, with experience in social housing builds. Site is 30 units mix of timberframe and traditional build apts. Packages around £45-50k plus van & fuel. Requirements Ideally from a trade background Extensive experience in housing projects Ability to work on own initiative Capable of overseeing £2M worth of work Responsibilities Manage and motivate site teams Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish Organise and coordinate labour Reporting to Contract Manager level INDNI Skills: Construction Site Manager Housing
