Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission. OTE is very achievable at £45,000.
About the Role
Sytner MINI Oldbury has an exciting opportunity for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background within the automotive sector. As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs on the journey to buying a new car. Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £45,000, you will also receive a company car and benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.
About You
You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit. You may be asked to attend an assessment centre. We require candidates to have automotive sales experience as a minimum requirement for this role.
