CV Screen is recruiting for a Finance and HR Manager for a fantastic business based in Swansea. The role is office based in Swansea and a salary of up to £42,000 is available.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:
* Manage daily financial operations and records.
* Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs).
* Handle all Sage 50 functions (ledgers, reconciliation, A/P & A/R).
* Create custom Sage reports and export data for Excel analysis.
* Use Excel for data modelling, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
* Submit VAT returns.
* Assist with Corporation Tax filings.
* Manage online banking and BACS payments.
* General HR Duties
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Hands-on finance experience in an SME environment.
* Proficient in Sage 50 (or Sage 100 with ability to adapt).
* Strong Excel skills.
* HR Experience
