Person Specification
* Right to work in the UK
* Minimum of 2 references
* Enhanced DBS clearance
Experience/Qualifications
* Have basic food hygiene certificate
* Experience of working in a school kitchen or similar environment
Duties And Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook and serve food following agreed menus and accommodating any special dietary requirements
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the school kitchen including equipment and surrounding working areas.
* Set up and clear away after lunch including, washing up and cleaning tables.
* Comply with all food and Health and Safety standards and regulation.
* Take responsibility for maintaining and ordering stock and ensure appropriate storage and labelling procedures are followed.
