Jackson Hogg have partnered with a specialist manufacturing business in the Newcastle area on a Quality Manager position. The Quality Manager will be responsible for the following: * Be a key driver in the implementation of quality strategies across the business, ensuring the consistent high standards on all products, regulatory requirements and customer expectations * Champion and drive initiatives for process optimization, defect prevention, and waste reduction. Collaborate closely with R&D, production, engineering, and supply chain teams to embed quality at every stage of the product lifecycle, from raw material sourcing to final product delivery. * Take full ownership of our Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards), leading their design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement across all facilities to ensure efficacy and compliance. * Develop, articulate, and execute global quality strategy and policies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives, our dedication to technical excellence, and the creation of clear added value for our customers through high-quality and sustainable plastic products. * Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of quality professionals.
