Responsible for driving the program and delivering quality products for customers. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations and NHBC related activity on site. Coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Direct labour, equipment, and resources to achieve project completion on time and within budget. Providing leadership and mentoring to the site team, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance. Ensuring first-class customer service through walkarounds/handovers. The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate the following: A proven track record delivering new build construction projects. Strong management skills to demonstrate confidence and comfort when liaising with all relevant stakeholders. Up to date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates and knowledge of NHBC Regulations.
