Prince Personnel are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a successful manufacturing organisation, who are looking to recruit an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality division in the strategic and day‑to‑day activities of the department whilst championing a quality culture throughout the organisation.

Reporting directly into the site leadership, the Quality Manager will be responsible for leading the Quality function within the business.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for:
* Provide effective support to the other departments across the business.
* Ensure that the Quality Management Systems are maintained and managed effectively in line with company policies and procedures.
* Control and maintain quality standards are achieved.
* Facilitate problem‑solving methods to ensure root cause analysis and implementation of corrective measures.
* Oversee the wider Quality team activities and ensure company strategy is rolled out.
* Develop and maintain an annual audit program.
* Monitor quality standards and customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement and make suggestions for change.
* Take responsibility and lead improvement and resolution initiatives.
* Ensure effective communication between customers and suppliers on all quality related issues.
* Oversee auditing systems and processes to ensure compliance.
* Oversee and manage Laboratory testing processes and procedures.
Skills and Experience required:
* Previous experience leading and managing a Quality function at a managerial and departmental level including managing a team.
* Ideally possess experience in and knowledge of the requirements and expectations of supplying into the automotive sector with a strong knowledge of PPAP, IATF 16949 as well as strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and systems.
* This will also be a customer‑facing position, so experience in managing customer expectations directly will also be essential.
