About the Role As an Inside Sales Executive, youll be a key player in driving sales by responding promptly to inbound enquiries, following up on leads, and managing sales activities throughout the sales cycle using the CRM system, HubSpot. Youll support the Business Development Manager and ensure a seamless, professional customer experience from first contact to sale completion. Key Responsibilities Follow up on leads and sales tasks via HubSpot, ensuring timely and effective communication. Engage proactively with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable flooring solutions. Deliver outstanding customer service across inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. Provide clear product information, resolve queries, or escalate issues as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales opportunities in HubSpot. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to deliver a consistent customer experience. Assist with ad hoc administrative duties as required. Experience & Qualifications Essential: Minimum 1 years experience in an inside sales or telesales role with a proven track record of handling inbound and outbound calls to drive sales and customer engagement. The Ideal Candidate Confident communicator with a friendly, persuasive telephone manner. Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.
