Essential Skills
* Must hold Right to Work in UK Documentation
* Extensive Commercial experience in the Microsoft Power Platform – MS PowerApps, MS Automate/Flow and PowerBI
* Strong commercial .Net development experience with good experience with C#, ASP.Net Core, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
* Must be willing to learn leading edge Microsoft enterprise cloud technologies such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Office 365, Microsoft Azure
* Strong experience of SQL and RDBMS technologies
* Motivated, able to work independently and in a team environment
* Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise, plan and multitask work assignments
* Task ownership and ability to work within deadlines / timelines and budgets
* Experience of working in Agile project deliveries and delivering to tight timescales
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Be well versed in different testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
* Experience in a client-facing role; liaising with clients and participating in requirements gathering and design workshops.
* Must be willing to travel
* Must be willing to demonstrate flexibility in terms of working hours to meet deployment requirements and to provide, where requested, out of hours telephone standby
* Must be willing to undergo security clearances as requested

* Microsoft Accreditations
* JIRA
* Experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies such as Dynamics CRM, SharePoint Online or cloud technologies – e.g., Azure PaaS
* Web API Experience
* Knowledge of Azure DevOps (VSTS)
* Experience with CI / CD
