Site Manager - £50M New Build High Rise - Glasgow
CSR Construction is recruiting on behalf of a one of Ireland's leading building Contractors. With 50 years' experience operating, the company has continued to steadily grow and in particular over the last decade they have completed signature projects up to the value of £150M.
The multi award winning contractor will provide the successful Site Manager the opportunity to head a construction team of 10 on a large scale RC Frame commercial project, valued around £50M+. There is a high salary with this role, as well as accommodation & flights (if needed) and excellent package / bonus.
Role
* Reporting to the Senior Contracts Director
* Provide technical support
* Influential in key decision making
* Maintain continuous professional development to ensure appropriate technical awareness
* Chair weekly meetings
Requirements
* Strong Trades / Engineering Background
* Experienced track record managing projects valued £30M+
* High Rise RC Frame Experience Essential
* Provide a detailed Project List for New Build Contracts
* Strong IT Skills
