You will be line managed by the Visitor Operations Manager, and work closely with the team of Welcome & Service Assistants based at Cotehele Mill, and line manage a team of volunteers. You’ll also be working with teams from across the Tamar Valley Property Group, including the Visitor Experience team, Collections & House Team, Countryside Rangers, and Facilities teams.In this role, you’ll be leading our flour production at Cotehele Mill, being responsible for the conservation of the mill and surrounding buildings, managing compliance in relation to flour production, completing maintenance of the mill, and operating the mill to produce flour.
