Job Purpose
To ensure IWFM Academy products and services meet quality standards and regulatory compliance. Work with stakeholders to improve learner experience, monitor data, and manage relationships with Awarding Organisations. The role requires a quality-driven and commercial individual responsible for training and assessment standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain quality standards across IWFM Academy products
* Implement quality management plans
* Manage relationships with Awarding Organisations
* Conduct quality assurance audits
* Manage internal relationships with Tutors, Assessors, and IQAs
* Drive standards and CPD
* Update policies in line with regulations
* Approve Trainers, Tutors, Assessors
* Create quality assurance processes for training
* Coordinate new product transitions
* Lead Tailored Course Approval service
* Report on learner progress
* Develop initiatives to improve completion rates
* Maintain CPD compliance
* Align with IWFM values and behaviors
Technical Skills
* Knowledge of training standards and compliance

* Knowledge of Awarding organisation processes
