We're looking for a relationship-focused
Property Recruiter
to join our high-performing, values-led team based in Huddersfield. This isn't just another resourcing role — it's your chance to work directly alongside the founder and help scale a company that truly cares about people and outcomes.
In this role, you'll coordinate client relationships, own the candidate experience, and ensure a smooth process from brief to placement.
The Package:
* Between £27,000 to £35,000 basic salary per annum (
DOE
)
* Uncapped OTE (
+ basic salary = up to £45,000 - £60,000+ per annum
)

The Property Recruiter Role:
* Coordinate seamless recruitment processes within the property sector
* Liaise with clients to take briefs, schedule interviews, and provide regular updates
* Manage and nurture candidate relationships from initial outreach to placement
* Represent the company professionally during client and candidate meetings
* Improve and streamline candidate experience and internal coordination processes
* Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines via outreach, job boards, and referrals
* Ensure smooth communication between clients and candidates to support successful outcomes
* Support the founder and wider team on key projects, hiring goals, and operational improvements

* A proven recruiter (agency or in-house) or a B2B sales pro with hustle
