Apex Resources are looking for a Site Manager to join a client on a permanent basis.
The role will be overseeing an education project with a new roof being installed and then completing the internal fit out.
Candidate Criteria
* Minimum 4 years' experience of being a “number one” in charge of running projects
* Experience of working in “live” environments (preferably education)
* Enthusiastic, energetic, “can do” attitude
* Confident & assertive
* Good time management & ability to delegate
* Able to communicate well & build relationships with client, consultants, sub-contractors & other members of the team
* Computer literate & Procore experience preferable
* Capable of reading & writing programmes including use of MS Project
* Capable of writing RAMS and completing other H&S paperwork
* Well organised, structured & independent
* Good understanding of quality and how to achieve it
* Determined & tenacious
* SMSTS, First Aid and an Enhanced DBS are strong desirables
