Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Team Valley, Gateshead. The Sales Executive role comes with a basic of £32,500 and OTE up to £50,000 in year one.
Responsibilities
* Keep CRM records accurate and consistently updated in line with company standards
* Create clear, professional sales proposals and quotations
* Advise customers on applicable legislation and support compliance with waste management regulations
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
* Evaluate customer needs, objectives, and deadlines to tailor solutions
* Turn inbound enquiries into completed sales within agreed timeframes
Qualifications
* Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools
* Capable of working independently, motivated to meet and exceed sales targets
* Experience in the waste management or environmental services industry is a plus
* Strong organizational and time management skills
