The Role – Learning Mentor
In this full-time role, you will work with pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2 who may be experiencing difficulties such as low self-esteem, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, or behaviour challenges.Your responsibilities will include delivering 1:1 and small group interventions, supporting classroom behaviour, promoting positive social interactions, and liaising with the pastoral and SEN teams to track progress and implement strategies.The ideal candidate will have a background in mentoring, youth work, behaviour support, or education, and a strong understanding of how to engage pupils with additional needs.
