As part of our continued expansion, we’re looking for a confident, motivated, and relationship-focused Key Account Sales Executive to join our team. The Role
This is a varied, people-focused sales role ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships and being trusted by clients. You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of dealership accounts across South Cheshire, Crewe, Stoke-on-Trent, Derby, and Nottingham, acting as a key link between customers and our operational teams.
You’ll have autonomy in your territory, support from senior management, and the opportunity to play a visible role in the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Sales & General Manager in achieving regional growth targets
* Identifying and developing new dealership relationships through prospecting and outreach
* Building, managing, and growing your own portfolio of dealership clients
* Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing accounts
* Working closely with dealership sales teams, sales managers, and dealer principals
* Acting as the main point of contact between dealership clients and our repair technicians
* Conducting forecourt visits to identify new sales opportunities
* Following up on leads and enquiries via phone and email
* Representing the business professionally and delivering excellent customer service at all times
About You
* Experienced in account management or field sales, ideally within automotive, dealership, or aftersales environments — though this is not essential
* Confident building relationships and working face-to-face with clients
* Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing a busy territory
* Professional, approachable, and customer-focused
* A strong communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels
* Able to travel regularly across South Cheshire, Crewe, Stoke, Derby, and Nottingham
