We are now looking for a French-speaking Franchise Sales Executive to join our dynamic team, helping expand our network across France and Belgium. The Role: As a Franchise Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for promoting and selling ERA franchise licences to prospective partners across the French-speaking market. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, bilingual professional to play a key role in the continued growth of our European network. Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and nurture potential franchise partners in France and Belgium. Conduct outreach via phone, email, and online meetings to present the ERA franchise opportunity. Build and maintain relationships throughout the sales process, from initial contact to signing. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Represent ERA Group at occasional events, trade shows, and in-office meetings. Maintain accurate records of activities and progress using CRM tools. About You: French speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and influence decision-makers. Previous sales or business development experience is desirable but not essential — a strong commercial mindset and enthusiasm for growth are key. Confident presenting and communicating in a professional environment. Motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Eligible to work in the UK and able to attend the office occasionally.
