* Contract: 8 month contract for an upcoming project with possibility of extension and permanency
* Start date: January 2026
* Location: Cardiff
* Salary: Competitive and negotiable based upon experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate site activities
* Manage subcontractors and site teams
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Company Policies
* Monitor progress
* Liaise with project team to align project goals
* Maintain accurate site records including RAMS, progress reports and quality documents
Requirements
* Proven experience
* Strong background in refurbishment works
* Valid SMSTS and First Aid certificates
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively
