MARCO, a globally recognised automation and technology company and part of the ATS Group, is seeking an organised and proactive Sales Executive to provide timely and accurate sales quotes, manage administrative tasks and assist with key sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.


Main responsibilities:

* Preparing and submitting accurate quotations to customers in a timely manner.
* Preparing technical documentation for production, testing and inspection.
* Coordinating and updating sales pricing and promotional documents and distributing to the Sales & Marketing Team accordingly.
* Supporting with the organisation and set up of sales events and trade shows and attending as required.
* Preparing for, and supporting with, customer trials and visits.
* Managing the administrative function for the department, to include maintaining CRM records, handling inbound sales enquires and assisting with data management and exports for the department.
* Supporting with product filming and preparation.
* Supporting with marketing content creation to include social media management.


Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a sales or marketing environment.
* Proven experience of providing a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders.
* An appetite to develop a career in sales.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
* Experience using CRM systems and marketing platforms would be highly preferable.
* Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools.
