Part Hive Ltd is a growing UK distributor of premium motorcycle and scooter parts, supplying both retail customers and workshops nationwide. As we expand, we're looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help drive our next stage of growth.
The Role
This is a hands-on sales position combining face-to-face shop sales and B2B account management. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local mechanics and trade clients while also handling online sales and invoicing through our e-commerce systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve in-store customers with professional product knowledge and advice.
* Visit local mechanics and workshops to promote and sell motorcycle parts in bulk (B2B).
* Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term trade accounts.
* Manage sales orders, invoices, and customer data using
Zoho
and
Shopify
.
* Support online sales channels including
Shopify
,
eBay
, and
Amazon
.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to earn bonuses and incentives.
* Assist with stock management and general shop operations.
* Occasionally visit the Harlow warehouse for meetings, stock checks, or client deliveries.
Qualifications
* Sales and marketing skills (min three years), including B2B and retail sales experience.
* Knowledge of motorcycle parts and understanding of the automotive industry.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools (e.g. Zoho, Shopify, Excel).
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Bachelor's degree
in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
* Previous experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry is a plus.
* Full UK driving licence
