We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the delivery of an industrial project. This is a 4-month contract, starting immediately, with the opportunity to work with a reputable contractor on a fast-paced, high-spec build.
Duration: 4 months (with potential for extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £250-£300 a day
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met
2. Coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site workforce
3. Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers
4. Maintain accurate site records and progress reports
Requirements:
5. Proven experience managing industrial or warehouse construction projects
6. SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White Card), and First Aid certified
7. Strong leadership and communication skills
8. Ability to manage fast-track programmes
